Despite the rainy weather on the first day of arrival, members arrived with joyful spirits, wave of excitement and enthusiasm, grateful for the opportunity to gather and spend time together. There was a definite sense of joy and anticipation as families and friends reunited, eager to spend time quality together. Although the beach activities were hampered by the rain, the joyous ambiance and sense of community that surrounded the resort remained unaffected.

The following day, Saturday, dawned with improved weather conditions. The day began with a morning worship filled with praises and a powerful message from guest speaker, Bro. Elmer Nocillas reminding us of the importance of deepening our relationship with God. After a hearty breakfast, members prepared for the Sabbath worship service, which was made even more special by the presence of The Leviticus Singers and Pastor Cart Gladden Aguillon, Communication Director of Zamboanga Peninsula Mission, and His family. The brethren were deeply touched by the messages, which resonated deeply within them. The insights shared will undoubtedly guide and enrich their daily lives.

The afternoon program was a highlight, with the Leviticus Singers captivated the audience with a mini-concert featuring some of their original compositions and unreleased songs, all dedicated to praising God. The Adventist Youth followed with engaging activities and group dynamics, involving church members and families. Laughter filled the air as participants enthusiastically engaged in games. The program also featured a series of songs performed by various singing groups within the church, as well as solo performances from those who wished to share their talents. To God be the Glory, the program was a resounding success, contributing to a Sabbath filled with blessings and joy. The evening continued with a lively atmosphere, filled with fun games an exciting exchanging of gifts. Everyone was brimming with happiness, concluding the day with a sense of joy and fulfilment.

On Sunday morning, the sun shined brightly, setting the perfect tone for the day’s activity. While some members enjoyed the refreshing sea, others engaged in friendly volleyball and basketball games, and participated in team-building exercises. As the day drew to a close, members began packing up and preparing for their journey home, carrying with them cherished memories and a renewed sense of community.
