Called to Move, Equipped to Lead: A Church Commissioned to Ignite Purpose and Courage in Every Heart

Mission March 22, 2026

The church officers’ convention and ordination from Zone 1 to Zone 6 was a remarkable, Spirit-filled gathering that brought together pastors, elders, deacons, deaconesses, ministry leaders, and church officers from different local churches within the district. The event aimed to strengthen leadership, promote unity, and formally dedicate newly elected officers to God’s service.

The program opened with an inspiring devotional message centered on servant leadership, reminding everyone that true leadership begins with humility and dependence on God.

One of the highlights of the convention was the leadership training session. Topics included effective ministry planning, teamwork, communication, and spiritual accountability. Leaders were reminded that the success of the church depends not only on good organization but also on a deep relationship with God.

The most sacred part of the event was the ordination ceremony. Newly appointed elders and deacons were called forward for prayer and the laying on of hands. This solemn moment symbolized their commitment to serve and the church’s recognition of their calling. Family members and fellow officers witnessed the dedication, making the ceremony both meaningful and memorable.

Throughout the convention, the atmosphere was marked by fellowship, collaboration, and renewed vision. Leaders from different zones shared experiences, challenges, and testimonies of God’s faithfulness in their respective churches.

The Successful All Zones Officers Convention and Ordination was more than just a program it was a reaffirmation of our collective calling. As officers return to their local congregations, they carry a renewed passion to lead prayerfully, serve selflessly, and work together in preparing hearts for Christ’s soon coming.

“God’s ministers are to learn Christ’s method of laboring, that they may bring from the storehouse of His word that which will supply the spiritual needs of those for whom they labor.”

-The Acts of the Apostles, Ch. 34
