Empowering Excellence: ZPM Launches New School Financial Accounting Software

Education March 21, 2026

On February 19, 2026, the Zamboanga Peninsula Mission with the initiative of Sir Victor Palin our Education Director, prayerfully conducted a Special Orientation and Implementation on School Financial Accounting Software together with a consultative meeting, gathering more than 20 dedicated participants. Present were the School Board Chairpersons, school treasurers, school heads, and key personnel, all united not only by duty but by a shared calling to serve God through education.

This gathering was more than a professional engagement nonetheless it was a divine appointment. As faithful stewards of God’s work, the participants embraced a common vision: to uphold excellence, integrity, and accountability in managing the resources entrusted by the Lord. In a rapidly changing world, the initiative reflects a commitment to harmonize faith and innovation, recognizing that even modern systems can be instruments for God’s greater purpose.

At the heart of the program was the introduction of a School Financial Accounting Software with the help of Rufmer Sam Labag, a tool designed to bring order, clarity, and efficiency to financial processes such as recording, reporting, and student registry management. Through this system, the responsibilities of treasurers and administrators are lightened, enabling them to serve with diligence, accuracy, and peace of mind.

In the light of Scripture, we are reminded that “it is required in stewards that one be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:2). This transition to an electronic system is not merely about convenience but it is about honoring God through responsible stewardship. By embracing technology, the schools are better equipped to ensure transparency and integrity, reflecting Christ-like character even in administrative work.

Furthermore, the consultative meeting became a space where unity and collaboration flourished. As ideas were shared and concerns addressed, the spirit of cooperation was evident among the participants. Each voices contributed to a collective mission in strengthening school systems for the glory of God and the benefit of His children.

This advancement also opens greater opportunities for teachers, staff, and administrators to work together more effectively, fostering a harmonious environment where service is done with excellence and purpose. Indeed, when SYSTEMS IMPROVE, MINISTRY EXPANDS.

Above all, this meaningful event stands as a testimony of God’s continuous guidance. In every plan, every discussion, and every step forward, His hand was evident. As the mission embraces innovation, it remains firmly anchored in faith acknowledging that true success comes not from human effort alone, but from the wisdom and blessing of the Lord.

“Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” – Proverbs 16:3

In all things, may this initiative remind us that even in modernization, our ultimate goal remains unchanged it is TO SERVE GOD FAITHFULLY AND TO NURTURE LIVES FOR HIS KINGDOM.
